Meet Erin!

My name is Erin, and for me, yoga is a pathway to knowing myself more deeply. Through the practice, I’ve developed a greater appreciation for both my body’s strength and its capacity for growth and healing.

My classes blend my background as a psychologist with traditional yoga teachings, exploring themes that connect to our shared human experience. I teach a Power Vinyasa Flow with an emphasis on joy, softness, and strength, and I’m known for putting a lot of care into my playlists.

I hope students leave feeling capable, inspired, and compassionate toward themselves, with practical tools—such as breathwork and nervous system regulation techniques—that they can carry into everyday life.

I began practicing yoga over 14 years ago and have been teaching for nearly a decade. My training includes Baptiste Level One, Level Two, and Art of Assisting, as well as the Mind-Body Wellbeing Trauma-Informed Training through Africa Yoga Project. I have also been a licensed psychologist for 20 years as of 2026.
