For more details about classes, see below.
Our Classes
Power Yoga
A hot and sweaty vinyasa flow class, matching breath with movement to create a meditative and physically challenging experience. Inspired by the Baptiste style, both the 45 minute and 60 minute class will offer a full practice. Each teacher brings their style and personality with theme, music and tempo. Most important is to listen to your body and be truthful to what you need each and every practice. All levels welcomed.
Yin
Yin yoga is a slow, passive style of yoga where poses are held for 3 to 10 minutes to safely stretch deep connective tissues, including fascia, ligaments, and joints. From a therapeutic perspective, Yin is less about "stretching" and more about functional mobility and nervous system regulation. A variety of props are provided to support your unique anatomy, ensuring that the stress applied to the connective tissue is safe, controlled, and effective.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a steady vinyasa flow with time for longer holds and workshopping postures to deepen understanding of alignment and mechanics. Emphasis is placed on breath and core integration as foundational for working towards inversions and floating.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, stability, posture, and mindful mobility. Using props such as the Pilates ring and stability ball, adds gentle resistance and feedback to help activate deeper muscle groups, improve alignment, form, flexibility, coordination and overall body awareness! Suitable for every body, multiple variations provided.
Body Temple
A signature fusion class that blends Pilates precision, dance-inspired movement, and functional strength training. Build strength, improve coordination, and rediscover the joy of moving - all levels welcome.
A 30 minute class offering practical mindfulness based tools, and a guided group meditation. No meditation experience needed! An opportunity to learn about the aspects of yoga related to breath, concentration and meditation.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Stretch and restore
This class will be mostly floor based, with some props used for assistance. We will move through a guided, mindful full body stretch. This class is a great addition to our other more high energy classes. Expect to leave feeling refreshed and restored.
Choreocore
This class is for all levels, no dance experience required, just an open mind and willingness to push out of your comfort zone! We will move through a warmup and some across the floor movement, and then learn a quick and fun combination to "perform" at the end of class.
Ashtanga
Led vinyasa Ashtanga-inspired class with attention to traditional breath count and gaze points, cultivating a practice that is both grounding and energizing. Appropriate for all levels.
Beginners
Whether you are new to yoga or returning after a hiatus this is the class for you! We will focus on the most fundamental basics of the practice. There will also be opportunities for questions and answers. No matter what stage you are at reinforcing the basics is always a great idea!
