What to Expect at Kali Yoga

Kali Yoga is a newly designed and beautifully constructed light filled space created for joy, connection, and shared humanity! We hope students leave feeling supported, grounded, and connected — both to themselves and to the community around them.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. We encourage students to move at their own pace and honor their individual experience. For more information, see the tabs below.

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins to allow time for check-in, getting settled, and preparing for practice. Studio doors may lock shortly after class starts to preserve the environment and flow of class.
